These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the user') and Calveruno S.A.S., CUIT 30-71856492-7, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Calveruno operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects individuals interested in financially participating in real estate projects in Argentina with the developers and operators of such projects.
The platform provides information about real estate projects, facilitates the financial participation process, and offers tracking tools. Calveruno acts as a technological intermediary and does not guarantee the financial results of investments made.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
• Be over eighteen (18) years of age. • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration. • Reside in a jurisdiction where crowdlending services are not prohibited.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
4. Registration and Account
To participate in projects through the platform, you need to create an account providing truthful personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities conducted from your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
5. Investment Risks
Participation in real estate crowdlending projects involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Risk of total or partial loss of invested capital. • Illiquidity risk: it may not be possible to recover the investment before the planned term. • Market risk: real estate market conditions may vary. • Project risk: developments may experience delays, cost overruns, or fail to complete. • Regulatory risk: regulatory changes may affect projects.
Calveruno does not guarantee specific returns, yields, or timelines. Each user is responsible for evaluating risks and making investment decisions independently.
6. User Obligations
By using the platform, you commit to:
• Use the services in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. • Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes. • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system without authorization. • Respect the intellectual property of Calveruno and third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform — including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, design, and structure — is the property of Calveruno S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the content without our prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calveruno S.A.S. shall not be liable for:
• Financial losses arising from user investment decisions. • Temporary interruptions in platform availability. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Actions or omissions of developers of listed projects.
The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calveruno S.A.S., its directors, employees, and collaborators from any claim, demand, damage, or expense arising from the misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
11. Modifications
Calveruno reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
